The full set of keycaps draws inspiration from an orchard bathed in afternoon sunlight. When golden light filters through halved ripe fruits, you see a striking layered glow: matte solid rind on one half, translucent light-drenched pulp on the other, wrapped in soft natural gradient radiance. This one-of-a-kind split light texture of nature forms the core concept of Fruit Prism.
We carefully selected five fruits — Cherry, Blueberry, Peach, Grape, and Mangosteen — as our color palette. Each fruit boasts exclusive natural tones and light-transmitting textures: bright translucent scarlet cherry, misty cool blue blueberry, soft milky blush peach, dimensional rich purple grape, and matte near-black mangosteen with hidden purple undertones when lit, forming a balanced natural color range with warm, cool, light and dark shades.
1. Side-by-Side Split PBT+PC Dual Material Construction
To recreate the natural split look of sliced fruit (matte peel on one side, glowing pulp on the other), we abandoned traditional inner double-shot molding and adopted an innovative vertical split dual-material design.
Every keycap is divided straight down the middle. One half is thick matte PBT, just like firm fruit rind; it is highly resistant to finger oil and long-term abrasion, staying dry and non-glossy even after thousands of keystrokes, delivering stable premium typing texture. The other half is made of high-clarity transparent PC that simulates juicy light-permeable fruit pulp, with pure raw material free of cloudy impurities for steady light conduction.
Unlike inner-layer translucent keycaps on the market, our side split design directly shows the striking contrast between solid matte skin and glowing pulp, restoring the natural layered texture of cut fruit on every key.
2. Fruit Gradient Shades & Ultra-High Light Transmittance
All keycaps adopt natural fruit gradient coloring without flat rigid solid colors, replicating the soft color transition of sun-soaked fruit flesh. The half-sided clear PC core delivers ultra-high light transmittance.
Once backlight is activated, RGB light spreads evenly through the transparent PC half without uneven bright spots or blurry legends. The luminous glow blends naturally with the matte PBT side, perfectly recreating the soft split gradient luster when afternoon sunlight filters through fruit flesh, building immersive orchard aesthetic.
3. Classic Cherry OEM Profile & Universal Cross Stem
We adopt the well-loved ergonomic Cherry OEM profile, with curved surface fitting fingertips perfectly to reduce fatigue during long typing and gaming sessions. Built with standard universal cross stem, these keycaps fit nearly all mechanical switches on the market, including linear and tactile switches, locking tightly without wobble and compatible with most mechanical keyboard frames.
